Our company name is already giving you a hint about what we love to do. For over a decade now, we organise special guided tours all over The Netherlands and Belgium. Join our trained tour guides (who know every corner of the city centre) for an afternoon or evening of great storytelling about the city of your choice.

Our Guided Tours have many themes which can be adjusted to suite your interest, group structure or nationality. Every guided tour can be tailor-made!

Are you up for a special tour family, friends or colleagues? Our Guided Tours are suitable for every occasion! In each guided tour, your guide will entertain you with special storytelling about the city you’re visiting. You’ll be up-to-date in no time about the city’s history, its famous inhabitants and its great monuments.

Bedankt voor de leuke middag!

Lunch was goed verzorgd , enthousiaste instructeur en een leuk spel . Op de site zijn veel spel mogelijkheden. Iedereen was tevreden dus we kijken wellicht voor volgend jaar weer !

Het was een waanzinnig leuke avond!!

Het was een waanzinnig leuke avond bij restaurant Jack. Super vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend eten (mijn gasten,17, praten er nog over) en een geweldige quizmaster die zich best thuis voelde bij dit stelletje ongeregeld. Onze " Ik hou van Holland" dinner was in een woord TOP!!

Super avond

Op zaterdag 26 november 2022 mij verjaardag laten verzorgen door Evenementen Leiden in de vorm van een Walking and Floating Diner. Het was een geweldige avond met mooie en unieke locaties voor het voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht en het toetje. Tussen voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht een wanddeling met een uitstekende gids en tussen hoofdgerecht en toetje een vaartocht door Leiden met dezelfde gids aangevuld door de schipper.

Can I book my city walk or event in a different language?

Holland Tour Guides provides you with a tour guide who speaks your language, or at least is fluent in English, Chinese or Spanish.

Is there a minimum number of participants for each event?

Yes there is, but you can book any event you wish if you are willing to pay for the minimum number (the minimum number of participants is always stated on our website).

Where does my event start, at which location?

Almost every group outing / event starts at a central location in the city of your choice. We of course will inform you about the exact location in due time. If you are still not sure, don’t hesitate to contact our servicedesk.

I am planning an event on a specific date, is any date available?

Through our systems, we can immediately check if your requested event is available on the planned date. If so, we’ll advise you to make a reservation as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointments.

At what time can we start the event?

You can specify this entirely according to you wishes! This will however partly depend on the chosen event, but in principle the event will commence whenever you want it to!

Can we also join guided tours or workshops followed by other groups?

No, unfortunately you cannot. Holland Tour Guides plans events exclusively for specific groups of people, completely tailored to their specific demands. For that reason, people can’t just ‘change events’.

What if the weather is bad, do we have to cancel

Definitely not! If it rains, we can provide everyone with a rain poncho or umbrella, if necessary we stay in a pub a bit longer for the weather to clear.

How will we travel from one location to the other?

Our tour guides will take you from one location to the other. You will always receive an itinerary so you will know exactly where you have to go.

Is my company trip or business event tax-deductible?

That of course depends on which country your business is registered in. In The Netherlands, all costs of a company trip are tax-deductible. However, only if these costs are “reasonable” according to the tax authorities. The Dutch treasury also states that 75% of all employees must be able to join the event. These 75% may however also consist of a certain part or division of the company.

Can you send me a brochure or price table?

Holland Tour Guides does not use brochures or price tables. We love to involve you in designing the ideal arrangement. Custom-made events, remember? That’s why we can’t quote fixed rates. After all, everything depends on your wishes and demands!

When do I have to pay my event?

Our invoices have to be paid in full within 14 days according to the ‘invoice date’ stated.
