Sherlock Holmes Lunch
It’s bloody, nerve racking and cosy at the same time! You want to have a thrilling adventure with friends or colleagues but also enjoy a nice lunch in a Dutch or Belgian city centre? Ever seen a Sherlock Holmes movie? Yes, the famous British investigator and the famous crimes he solved in the backstreets of London are the blueprint for this special outdoor event! In teams you are going to investigate, gather clues which will certainly lead to the murder weapon and inevitably, to the vicious killer….Calm nerves, persistence and a certain amount of resilience are the character trades you need to solve this crime.
We are not letting you get cold or roam the streets without any break. The game will be divided into two separate stages, each stage beginning and ending with a nice course in a different restaurant!
At the start of the game, your entire group will be divided into several teams. Each team is provided with a tablet, a city map and a manual. You will need this to complete your mission, finding all the clues which will inevitably lead to the whereabouts of the killer. To make things even more interesting, we’ve included some extra photo assignments. The best crime scene photograph shall be awarded extra credits during the final award ceremony.
The Sherlock Holmes Lunch Game can be organised in several cities throughout The Netherlands and Belgium and is the proper ‘thriller’ to get your friends, family or colleagues working closely together, taking them out of their comfort zone and reach for their hidden investigation skills. Which of you will be the most talented detective?

For an extra amount of € 10,00 per person per hour you are in the restaurant (exclusive of VAT) you can make us of our drinking arrangement which means that you can enjoy beer, soft drinks, house wine, coffee and tea unlimitedly. And…in this way you will not be surprised afterwards!

Do you have less participants then the required minimum number? If you want to pay for the mininum number, you can also book for smaller groups!
Almost every group outing / event starts at a central location in the city of your choice. We of course will inform you about the exact location in due time. If you are still not sure, don’t hesitate to contact our servicedesk.
No, unfortunately you cannot. Holland Tour Guides plans events exclusively for specific groups of people, completely tailored to their specific demands. For that reason, people can’t just ‘change events’.
Definitely not! If it rains, we can provide everyone with a rain poncho or umbrella, if necessary we stay in a pub a bit longer for the weather to clear.
Holland Tour Guides does not use brochures or price tables. We love to involve you in designing the ideal arrangement. Custom-made events, remember? That’s why we can’t quote fixed rates. After all, everything depends on your wishes and demands!
